FTF combines mentorship, leadership development, emotional growth, practical life skills, and family connection into a structured experience designed to help young people build stronger foundations for life, leadership, and future success.
Phase 1 — FOUNDATION (Weeks 1-4)
Building Identity, Discipline & Trust
Youth begin by establishing a strong foundation rooted in accountability, respect, communication, and self-awareness.
Phase 2 — DEVELOPMENT (Weeks 5-8)
Strengthening Growth & Leadership Skills
Participants begin actively developing leadership abilities, emotional intelligence, problem solving, and personal discipline.
Phase 3 — TRANSFORMATION (Weeks 9-12)
Purpose, Action & Long-Term Growth
The final phase focuses on applying lessons learned into everyday life, leadership, family relationships, and community impact.
